As Founder and Editor of Novel Hand: Activism, Meet Impact, Alexa leads a team of over 20 activists in writing about the world's most pressing humanitarian issues. After working in monitoring & evaluation, Alexa noticed a disconnect: many are passionate about creating change, but don't have the expertise or knowledge to create real impact. Through Novel Hand, Alexa and her team advance sustainable and equitable solutions to humanitarian and social issues. Alexa is excited to share her knowledge about humanitarian issues on Listenable.
