A female in engineering and an engineer in government, I have worked and spoken internationally in Europe, Australia, the US, UK, India, and Bangladesh.
I am regularly a youth speaker and delegate at high-level conferences and events as the UN Conference of Parties, UNECE, Bill&Melinda Gates Foundation "Goalkeepers" and the G.STIC Conference in Brussels.
As a female in engineering, I have often been the only (and youngest) female in the room. I have learned to assert myself to achieve the best possible outcome for everyone. I have also managed to get promoted fast, reaching for opportunities of overseeing a multimillion portfolio of sustainable transition projects.
