Listeners will learn how to approach the topic of musical improvisation, regardless of style or genre. Discussion of melody, scales, chord tones and many other musical devices will culminate in listeners being equipped with the tools to improvise solos.
I have been a full-time guitar, bass, and piano instructor for twenty years. I teach 50-60 students a week plus rehearse student bands. I have a degree in Jazz Studies and have studied Jazz and improvisation extensively.
