Getting Started with a Morning Routine

Welcome to the course "Morning Routine: A Step-By-Step Guide to Be More Productive" on Listenable!

Thank you for joining me. I'm thrilled to be helping you be more productive in the mornings and find more focus on your days.

I have a couple of suggestions on how to make the most of the course:

  • Have fun: this is a short course designed to make your days better, so make sure you enjoy the process!

​My name is Julia, and I am very passionate about personal development.

I'm a specialist in coaching, strategic planning, and change management. I'm always looking for new tips and methods to simplify life, make people more productive, and create useful habits. I speak and write about personal development, the power of failure in learning, and happiness in the workplace.

This is a practical and short course - you can start practicing your new routine from tomorrow!

A morning routine can be a useful tool to make you more productive. It is used by many different people to create time and focus to start their days better.

Together, we will create a morning routine that inspires and motivates you.

In Lesson 2, we will start following a simple step by step process to design your morning routine.

  1. The first step is to define your goal, your vision, where you want to get to.

  2. Then you will get creative and come up with lots of ideas for things to include in your morning routine.

  3. The third step is to define practical and specific objectives.

  4. Then, we'll talk about creating habits, and I will share one of my favourite tricks, habit stacking.

  5. The fifth step and you're almost there, is scheduling - we want to make sure that you are making time for your morning routine every day.

  6. Finally, you'll want to keep track, so that you can see your progress over time.

Once you have your morning routine, you're almost ready to go.

I will also share my favourite, hacks, tips and answer some questions, so that you have everything you need to make your morning routine the best that it can be.

After completing this course, you will be more productive, by prioritising what is important in your day.

You will learn how to best organise your time in the mornings, and you may even use this time to create new habits you always wanted to pursue.

And you'll start your day right - so that you have more focus throughout the day.

We're going to jump right in, but before we start, let me tell you a little bit about my experience with morning routines.

I've followed a morning routine for a few years now, and over time it has made me much more focused.

Following my morning routine has had a huge impact on my days, making me more productive. It also means that I'm doing things I always wanted to prioritise, like meditating every morning.

And I've noticed that even when I'm very busy or when I'm on holiday, I still prioritise my morning routine. It's become a part of my day that I look forward to.

So I created this course to share what I learned with you, so that you can start your days better too.
