Practicing DEI Can Improve Organizational Culture

The course should help leadership understand why investing in DEI education, training, and follow-up can improve interrelationships in the organization. Instituting certain DEI concepts can reveal barriers that cause stress in the workplace; help people to be more informed and aware of negative and biased behaviors, and address them appropriately. Companies should practice a culture of inclusivity that is not false or forced and build a pathway for long term success and trust. Your goal should be to implement a few good practices within your organization that lead to positive, progressive changes for a more inclusive, equitable workplace.
