Personal Development

Self-Confidence for Women

This course will teach you how to master your confidence. And tackle your low self-esteem and imposter syndrome. It will help you to understand why you feel, think, and behave the way you do. It will give you the tools to make positive changes.

Many women have difficulty developing, maintaining, and understanding self-confidence. Our inner critic keeps us small, passive, and quiet. It holds us back, and we listen to our fears rather than follow our dreams and desires. Self-confidence is about acknowledging and accepting your achievements, big and small, your progress. And, we'll talk about learning to accept failure.

This ten-lesson crash course will teach you about how to be visible and how to find your voice. How to stop people-pleasing and how to start saying "no." With small tasks to think about at the end of each lesson. This course will accompany you on your self-confidence journey.

About the author

I'm a Director in Communications, a feminist trainee Counsellor, and a Psychotherapist. I've been on a learning journey about confidence, addressing imposter syndrome, and negative emotions for the past five years. I've learnt so much through my counselling and psychotherapy training. Through courses and so many self-help books, I've lost count. Now, I want to share this knowledge and help other women who may be struggling with self-confidence and self-esteem.
