In this course I will be teaching you all about meditation, what it is, and where it came from. I will discuss the benefits of meditation physically, mentally, and emotionally. All of these benefits have been confirmed through countless scientific studies. We will also explore some of the different types of meditation, including mantra and loving kindness forms of meditation. There are so many to choose from. Plus, we'll look at some of the most common meditation myths and, most importantly, tips on how to meditate.
