For over a decade Amanda Lee has been helping women transform their lives. She's the founder of Your Live Well Journey, a program that teaches women how to get out of the cycle of overwhelm, live with less stress, and improve their health and well-being through self-care. Amanda is trained in the areas of holistic health, meditation, mindfulness, and energy healing.
As a wife, mother of two young children, and wellness entrepreneur, Amanda knows firsthand how challenging self-care can be. After redesigning her own life nearly 2 decades ago, she's now committed to assisting other women on their own path of self-care and healthy living. Her mentoring program combines her training and intuition, helping women learn how to put themselves at the top of their to-do list.
