You will learn about the common aspects we experience through injuries and how you can persevere through the recovery process. The recovery process for injuries is not always made as clear as we would like it to be. One of the biggest hurdles for anyone through an injury is just the simple fact of not knowing or understanding what the injury and recovery process entails.
