Sharon Key is a mindfulness, meditation, and well-being teacher who has followers around the globe of her online mindfulness and meditation courses. Sharon has been teaching different subjects for over 33 years. Turning to mindfulness and meditation as a way of coping when she found she had a rare form of cancer in her lungs, mindfulness and meditation helped her cope with the life challenging situation. She is the owner of the company Just Pause and has delivered courses to business, local government, colleges, schools, NHS (National Health Service), and local cancer support groups.
